How to create Flipbook using Realistic Flipbook 3D 1.0 step-by-step?

1. Install this realistic Flipbook 3D addon in Blender 4.0 by click on Edit, Preferences, Add-ons, Install.
2. Select zip file and install and enable it, make sure to save the preferences.
3. Save the current file after installing this addon and reset file as well.
4. Now, click on upload button to open a file browser to choose your video you want to convert it into Flipbook.
5. Selecting any video will show you the total duration and frames to be working on at the left side.
6. Once you have your frames you may calculate how many Flipbooks you will get.
7. After selecting and uploading video it will take a while to get everything.
8. At this time, you will have your flipbook ready.
9. Last modifications are optional like adding background and resolution.
10. Click on render button to get your flipbook render into the MP4 file format into your system.
11. Two folders will be created which you saved the the Blender file in the starting.
12. Rendering may take a long time depending on your system and Blender performance.
13. Once your rendering completed you will get a new button for opening the folder which MP4 file has arrived.

Frames Calculations

The last frame will be duplicated until it completes the unit of 100. Below table will help you to how many Flipbooks will be created according to your video frames

These generated flipbooks will be in sequence to get you a long MP4 video.

This is the major thing of Flipbook 3D 4.1 update and it’s mostly asked one. Now, you can add numbers to each flipbook page to visualize easily, this way your flipbook will be more realistic by using fonts such as hand-writing, comic, kids, etc.

To add numbers to your Flipbook you should follow these steps:

• Make sure to have the flipbook created already otherwise it won’t work and will throw an error you need to click on the Add Numbers Button, it will bring you to a new work-space
• Find the Flipbook 4.1 update panel in the side-bar by pressing N on the keyboard
• You can change fonts, resize, transform numbers as you wish
• Once you are done, render and go back to your original flipbook

More Effects:

There are 3 new effects and these are quite awesome and popular on social media. Playing with these can upgrade your flipbook to a new level. Their names are below:

Optimize Blender File:

FLIPBOOKS & HANDS

In this map, you can understand everything to do first, as you know you are to save the file and reset it, as in the previous update after saving & resetting you were uploading the video directly, in this latest update you are to create FLIPBOOK with chosen FLIPBOOK pages and Hands, like how many pages of FLIPBOOK you want, there are 100, 200, 400 & 600 pages with both types Vertically and Horizontally and there are 5 hands some are male hands and some are female hands.

Upload a Video

Uploading a video, as in the previous updates after saving & resetting you were uploading video directly without appending or creating any FLIPBOOK, when you are thinking or selecting a video to upload it will show you there some options, like the Speed of the Video and Offset of the video, and when you selected a video then it will show you all frames are in the video you selected.

Adding Effects

Then the Effects, effects are the same but some changes and some modifications we done in this latest update. After adding an effect on the FLIPBOOK there will be some options about effects that you want to change the strength, value, factor, highlight, etc Then just click to add an effect to your video.

Camera Setup

When you are done with these 3 steps Saving & Resetting, Uploading Video, and Adding Effect, you are to move to camera setup just click on Camera Setup and then set the camera as you want you can locate and rotate the camera whenever you want.

Move to Background

After setting up the camera you will just move to Background as it is showing a green color to your FLIPBOOK background you can choose your own image or video to set as background.

Add Sound

Getting finished you can add sound but the sound format must be in a .mp3 file, you can hear the sound by pressing the Spacebar button on the keyboard.

Resolution

In the end, it is the last option to make your FLIPBOOK perfect is the Resolution of the FLIPBOOK Video, you can add your own ratio of the video like 1280×720, 720×1280, 1980×1080, 1080×1920.

Rendering Video

Click on the RENDER FLIPBOOK button it will ask you to give a name to your FLIPBOOK video, then just click on OK to render your Final FLIPBOOK VIDEO.

How to use Addon for creating a Stopmotion Book?

Once, you installed the Stopmotion Book Addon and enabled it, you need to follow these steps to create your Stopmotion Books. These steps are few and can take up to 30 seconds to complete but the rendering stopmotion books can take up to 1 to 1:30 mins.

1. Save your file by pressing the new save button
2. Click on the button that displays *Create SM Book* to get the Stopmotion Book Animated scene.
3. There is an option for transformation you can use to transform your SM book with location, rotation, and others.
4. Then just upload your video, it won’t be displayed to you, it will work behind.
5. The images you will find in the same folder where you saved your Blender file earlier
6. Press 0 on the Numpad to get the right view you want.
7. Add material to the background
8. Select your resolution for your SM book
9. Enter the name for your video of the SM book
10. Then, render it. 
11. Once, the rendering is done you will find your video in the same folder where you saved your Blender file in the beginning.

Sound:

You can use your own BG music just pressing on the button named: *Add Sound*.

10. Add music to the video
11. Name the output file name
